stupid america

ahaha we had to do this thing for my summerschool class, and it was a research paper on the effects of religion on any aspect of society. my topic was origionally sex ed in public schools, but i was getting wayyyyyy to worked up about it, because my school uses solely internet and magazines as resources(we dont have a library), and so i was reading all these articles about how sex ed should not be taught because it generally gace the impression that sex was okay, and not something that should be confined to marriage. and i am sorry if thats how you feel, but i dont see why people in this country are not satisfied with living their lives their own way, and letting other people live theirs their own way. we have become way too much of a christian-run country and society, and even all over the world there are ppl using their religions as their canvas of destruction, but in our counrty, which by the way it supposed to be highly liberal and forgiving, we are taking things like this way to seriously. if you can see a VALID reason that dosent have anything to do with your faith, please, tell me, because i see no reason why gays and lesbians shouldnt be able to get married, or why atheists, and agnostics, have to be told that they need to see the light of god. okay, life can suck at times, but we need to realize that it really is a short time we have to walk around on this planet, and we all are spending it by making fools of ourselves. i hate our counrty for all of its stupidity, and the fact that voting for a respectable, non-religious(well, ok, so they can be religious so long as it dosent affect their politics) president seems so unspeakable, and that 68% of the population would spit at the idea of a ''godless creature of the devil'' for their leader. like i said before, i dont think that our country should have any sort of religious part in our politics. okay, i am not against god, or religion, but i think that we should not have anything be based on religion, and not allow any arguments against laws be based in religion, because lets face it: most ''good christians'', or fallowers of their religion, will stick to the rules that were handed to them with their faith, and anyone who dosent fallow the rules is not a good fallower, and would probably not be so welcome anymore anyways, so whay not make everything legal, and let ppls religious beleifs and lifestyles dictate what they choose to do, letting the ppl w/o the same beleifs pick and choose for themselves?????

yeah people are lame. and i think it's mostly born-again chrisitans who think that way, and those are the type of people who are keeping America in a dead-stance without going anywhere, not evolving or anything and they are rotting
